Plyo Work First:

Squat Jump x10
Cycled Split Squat Jump x10
Alternate Leg Bounds X10 per leg
Double leg hop x10
–repeat–

as always, the instructions are here.

Circuit- repeat 2 to 3 times
Bulgarian split squat w/ DB in suitcase position X20 (10 for each leg in front)
Goblet Squats x10
Deep Push-ups, chest to floor, with push-up handles x10
Doorway Chin-ups or Pull-ups x10
Ab Wheel or Swiss Ball rollouts x10

Demos:

Split Squat (w/ DB)

Goblet Squats (the demo is using a kettlebell, but you can use a DB as well)
